【Abstract】 Fang Xiaoru is a thinker and a politician with ideals and aspirations. The conflict between him and Zhu Di is not a simple martyrdom of the loyalty to the orthodox emperor,nor is it a temporary capricious man’s anger. He adhered to and carried forward Confucianism,and made new interpretations on the tradition idea,such as the king should serve the people,the people are the base of the state,the people are more important than the monarch,and so on,which had an important impact on the civil rights thoughts of Huang Zongxi and Liang Qichao in the future. He also has rich ideas and important characteristics in literature,history and philosophy,which are closely connected with his political thoughts.更多还原
