【摘要】 近年来，高值医用耗材带量采购进程加快，有效压缩了耗材虚高价格。但随着带量采购品种的不断扩围，一些问题也日益凸显，如目录与编码不统一、有效的目录遴选方法未得到推广和应用、各地采购平台建设参差不齐、统一的质量评价体系缺失、网上申购投标审核程序繁琐。对此，提出相应对策：统一高值医用耗材编码体系，科学遴选和完善采购目录，健全高值医用耗材采购平台，规范并创新采购模式，推广高值医用耗材全流程数字化管理，开辟网上申购投标审核绿色通道。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the volume-based procurement of high-value medical consumables has accelerated, effectively reducing the false prices of the consumables. However, with the continuous expansion of the variety of volume-based procurement, some problems have become increasingly prominent, such as inconsistent catalogs and codes, effective catalog selection methods that have not been promoted and applied, and cumbersome online procurement and bidding review procedures. In response, this article proposes corresponding countermeasures, including a unified coding system for high-value medical consumables, perfect procurement platforms for high-value medical consumables, standardization and innovation of procurement models, promotion of digital management of the whole process of high-value medical consumables, and opening up a green channel for online procurement and bidding review.更多还原
