【摘要】 天津市三级医院的医疗护理员队伍建设及管理渐趋规范化,大多数医院已建立起护工的聘用准入、身份核查、用工管理、培训管理等相关制度;但也存在护工数量不足、队伍质量不高,医院对护工队伍建设缺乏内在动力和经费支持,监管机制不完善,以及护工执业环境差等问题。对此,提出加强护工队伍建设、促进护工职业发展的相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction and management of medical nursing staff in tertiary hospitals in Tianjin are becoming more standardized.Most hospitals have established regulatory systems for the admission,identity verification,employment management and training management of nursing staff.However,insufficient nursing staff,low quality of nursing staff,a lack of internal motivation and financial support for the construction of nursing staff in hospitals,imperfect supervision mechanism,and poor practice environment for nursing staff all stood in the way of the construction of nursing staff.It is recommended to strengthen the construction of nursing practitioner team and promote the professional development of nurse practitioners.更多还原
