【摘要】 目的 探索建立公立医院党建和业务互融考核机制，推动党建工作和业务工作质量双提升，以高质量党建推动医院高质量发展。方法 在夯实党建和业务工作融合的基础上，坚持长期规划与短期目标相结合，明确党建和业务年度目标任务，把业务工作融入党支部工作量化考核、党支部书记述职评议考核、党员积分量化管理考核；把党建工作融入职能部门目标管理考核、科级干部年度工作综合考核，让两者在考核中相互激励。结果 基层党建工作质量明显提升，党支部工作考核成绩由2021年度88.67分提升至2022年度92.40分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);医院业务工作质量明显提升，年度目标任务完成率由2019年度73.38%提升至2022年度95.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);医院综合能力明显提升。结论 党建业务互融考核能够有效推动党建工作和业务工作的深度融合，有效提升工作质量，推动医院发展目标的实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the mutual integration assessment mechanism of Party building and business in public hospitals, promote the improvement of the quality of Party building and business work, and promote the high-quality development of hospitals with high-quality Party building. Methods On the basis of consolidating the integration of Party building and business work, the combination of long-term planning and short-term goals was adhered to, the annual goals and tasks of Party building and business was clarified, and business work was integrated into the quantitative assessment of Party branch work, the review and evaluation of Party branch secretaries, and the quantitative management assessment of Party members’ points. The Party building work was integrated into the target management assessment of functional departments and the comprehensive annual work assessment of section-level cadres, and each other was encouraged in the assessment work of the two. Results The quality of grassroots Party building work was significantly improved, and the score of Party branch work assessment increased from 88.67 points in 2021 to 92.40 points in 2022, with statistical significance(P<0.001). The quality of hospital business work was significantly improved, and the annual target task completion rate increased from 73.38% in 2019 to 95.40% in 2022, with statistical significance(P<0.001). The comprehensive capacity of the hospital had been significantly improved.
