【Abstract】 Combined with the characteristics of demand of urban medical groups in China, based on the theory of total quality management, taking the practice of the Sixth People’s Hospital of Shanghai as an example, the elements in the process of establishing hospital-based health technology assessment(HB-HTA) team of urban medical group were analyzed which included team building, operation mechanism, evaluation projects and resources, research methods and working procedures, working culture and institutional environment, as well as report evaluation and transformation, which provided references for the formation of the path of promoting the development of HB-HTA with medical association as a unit in China.更多还原
