【Abstract】 The case of quality control circle is an important reference for practice and teaching. Through the data structure processing of 494 cases of quality control circle projects that completed the open competition of Guangdong Hospital Quality Control Circle Competition from 2018 to 2020, a structured case library was established, maintained and updated, which provided a reference for the promotion and application of quality management tools and internal training teaching.
