【摘要】 目的 调查陕西省护士执业环境现状并分析其影响因素。方法 借助国家护理质量数据平台，于2020年9月8日—10月16日采用护士执业环境测评量表(修订版)对陕西省44家医院共24 398名护士进行调查。采用SPSS 24.0软件对数据进行统计分析，采用多元线性回归分析法分析影响因素。结果 护士执业环境总体评价得分为(75.89±18.93)分，其中：质量管理维度得分最高，为(83.91±18.69)分；医院管理参与度维度得分最低，为(48.97±29.44)分。性别、是否为事业编制、科室类型、工作年限、职称、职务均对护士执业环境有影响(P<0.05)。结论 陕西省护士执业环境有待改善。管理者应重视护士医院管理参与度和薪酬待遇，重点关注男护士、“中间层”护士以及急诊科、重症医学科、儿科护士的执业环境水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current situation of nurses’ professional environment in Shaanxi Province and analyze its influencing factors. Methods A total of 24,398 nurses from 44 hospitals in Shaanxi Province were investigated with the help of the national nursing quality data platform from September 8 to October 16, 2020 by using the "Nurse Practicing Environment Assessment Scale". SPSS 24.0 software was used for statistical analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors. Results The overall score of nurses’ professional environment assessment was(75.89±18.93). The quality management dimension scored the highest of whether the establishment of the profession(83.91±18.69) points. The score of hospital management participation was the lowest of(48.97±29.44) points. Gender, department type, working years, professional title, position, had an impact on the nurse practice environment(P<0.05). Conclusion The nurse practice environment in Shaanxi Province needs to be improved. Managers should attach importance to nurses’ participation in hospital management and salary, and focus on the level of working environment of male nurses, "middle tier" nurses, nurses in Emergency Department, Intensive Care Department and Pediatric Department.更多还原
