【摘要】 目的 研究和制定青少年视力健康监测预警信息系统基本功能规范，用于指导全国各级信息系统规范建设与应用。方法 通过资料收集、文献学习、需求调研和专家访谈等方式，结合青少年视力健康监测业务流程，构建青少年视力健康监测预警信息系统基本功能规范框架，梳理青少年视力健康监测预警信息系统基本功能。结果 构建符合当前业务工作需求的青少年视力健康监测预警信息系统基本功能规范。结论 首次提出适用于各级各类卫生健康行政部门、医疗卫生机构，教育部门的青少年视力健康监测信息标准，对提高青少年视力健康监测预警的技术水平，以及助力在线医疗服务的发展具有重要的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and formulate the basic functional norms of adolescent vision health monitoring and early warning information system, which will be used to guide the construction and application of information technology at all levels in the country. Methods By means of data collection,literature study, demand analysis and expert interview, and combined with the business process of adolescent vision health monitoring, the basic functional normative framework of adolescent vision health monitoring and early warning information system is constructed, and the basic functions of adolescent vision health monitoring and early warning information system are sorted out. Results To construct the basic functional norms of adolescent vision health monitoring and early warning information system that meets the needs of current business work. Conclusion It is the first time to propose monitoring information standards for adolescent vision health applicable to all kinds of health administrative departments and institutions at all levels, as well as education departments, which has important guiding significance for improving the technical level of adolescent vision health monitoring and early warning and facilitating the development of online medical services.更多还原
