【摘要】 我国公民依法享有接种免疫规划疫苗的权利和履行相应义务。免疫规划疫苗属于国家应当免费提供的基本公共卫生服务，公民可免费享有免疫规划疫苗接种服务。依据免疫规划疫苗接种适用的情形是否为传染病暴发、流行，公民分别负有常规情形和紧急情形下的疫苗接种义务。就公民不履行疫苗接种义务的法律责任而言，现行法仅针对监护人不履行儿童常规疫苗接种义务规定了强度较低的有限罚则。更多还原

【Abstract】 Our country citizen’s have the right and obligation to Immunization Program vaccines in accordance with the law. Immunization Program vaccines are basic public health services that the state should provide free of charge, and citizens can enjoy Immunization Program vaccines and their vaccination services free of charge. According to the situation of immunization is an outbreak or epidemic of infectious diseases, citizens have the obligation to vaccinate under routine and emergency situations.
