【摘要】 目的 探讨高压氧治疗职业性噪声聋患者的临床效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年12月广东省职业病防治院职业健康监护所的98例职业性噪声聋患者，随机分为两组，各49例。对照组常规治疗，研究组在此基础上应用高压氧治疗。比较两组的纯音听阈指标变化情况、主观症状发生率以及生活质量评分情况，评价其临床疗效。结果 研究组治疗后500、2 000、4 000 Hz听阈均优于对照组（P <0.05）；研究组主观症状总发生率为6.12%，低于对照组的42.86%(P <0.05)；研究组治疗后各项生活质量评分均高于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 职业性噪声聋患者应用高压氧治疗可以降低患者的主观症状发生率，降低纯音听阈，提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on occupational noise deafness. Methods A total of 98 patients with occupational noise deafness in institute of occupational health, Guangdong Institute of Occupational Disease Control from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups, 49 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, and the study group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen on this basis. The changes of pure tone auditory threshold index, subjective symptom incidence and quality of life score were compared between the two groups, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results The hearing threshold of 500, 2 000 and 4 000 Hz of the study group was better than that of the control group after treatment(P < 0.05). The total incidence of subjective symptoms in the study group was 6.12%, which was lower than 42.86% in the control group(P < 0.05). The quality of life scores of the study group after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in occupational noise deafness patients can reduce the incidence of subjective symptoms, reduce pure tone hearing threshold, and improve the quality of life of patients.更多还原
