【摘要】 目的 分析医院-家庭营养支持管理对居家糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法 选取福建医科大学附属第二医院2022年6—12月收治且现居家的60例糖尿病患者，将其随机分为对照组（n=30）与研究组（n=30）。对照组接受常规护理干预，而研究组则在常规护理的同时，为其提供医院-家庭营养支持管理，对两组的血糖水平、护理依从性、生命质量、不良事件发生情况进行记录比较。结果 相比于对照组，护理后研究组空腹血糖（fasting plasma glucose,FPG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 hour postprandial plasma glucose,2 hPG）、糖化血红蛋白（glycosylated hemoglobin,HbA1c）水平及生存质量特异性量表（diabetes specific quality of life scale,DSQL）各维度评分更低（P<0.05），不良事件更少（P <0.05），而护理总依从率则更高（P <0.05）。结论 为居家糖尿病患者提供医院-家庭营养支持管理，不但能对其血糖水平进行有效控制，让其护理依从性显著提高，而且还能对其生命质量进行显著改善，明显减少不良事件。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the impact of hospital family nutrition support management on the quality of life of diabetes patients at home. Methods A total of 60 patients with diabetes who were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from June to December, 2022 and who were living at home were randomLy divided into the control group(n =30) and the study group(n =30). The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the study group provided hospital home nutrition support management for them at the same time of routine nursing. The blood glucose level,nursing compliance, quality of life, and adverse events of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results Compared to the control group, the post care study group had lower scores in fasting plasma glucose(FPG), 2 hour postprandial plasma glucose(2 hPG), glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)levels, and the diabetes specific quality of life scale(DSQL)in all dimensions(P < 0.05), and fewer adverse events(P <0.05), the overall compliance rate of nursing care was higher(P < 0.05). Conclusion Providing hospital family nutrition support management for diabetes patients at home can not only effectively control their blood glucose and blood glucose levels, significantly improve their nursing compliance, but also significantly improve their quality of life, significantly reduce adverse events, which is worth promoting.更多还原
