【摘要】 目的 分析输尿管结石合并尿脓毒血症，选择输尿管镜联合肾穿刺引流术的疗效。方法 取2019年1月—2021年5月松原市中心医院泌尿外科收治的100例输尿管结石合并尿脓毒血症患者为研究对象，掷硬币分两组，各50例。对照组行输尿管镜；观察组行输尿管镜联合肾穿刺引流术。对比两组肾功能、临床指标、心率等指标情况。结果 两组相比，观察组临床指标、肾功能、感染指标、心率、体温、治疗效果均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05），并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 给予输尿管结石合并尿脓毒血症患者输尿管镜联合肾穿刺引流术，可改善肾功能以及感染指标水平，降低并发症，稳定体征水平，促进治疗效果，保障患者安全和健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the efficacy of ureteral stones with urinary sepsis, and to select ureteroscopy combined with renal puncture and drainage. Methods A total of 100 patients with ureteral stones with urinary sepsis admitted to May 2021 of Songyuan Central Hospital from January 2019 to May 2021 were divided into 2 groups and 50 each. The control group underwent ureteroscopy. The observation group performed ureteroscopy combined with renal puncture and drainage. The two groups of renal function, clinical index and heart rate were compared.Results Compared with the two groups, the clinical indicators,renal function, infection indicators, heart rate, body temperature,and treatment effect were better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The complication rate was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Giving ureteral stones with urinary sepsis, ureteroscopy and renal puncture and drainage, can improve renal function and infection index level,reduce complications, stabilize physical sign level, promote treatment effect, and ensure patient safety and health.更多还原
