【摘要】 [目的]评价2009-2020年我国卫生资源配置的效率，为相关部门优化卫生资源配置提供参考。[方法]利用DEA方法对我国31个省份卫生资源配置效率进行时间序列和横断面分析，对非DEA有效年份和省份进行TOPSIS综合评价排名。[结果]我国卫生资源配置DEA时间序列分析的综合效率均值为0.988;2020年DEA横断面分析的综合效率均值为0.852,非DEA有效省市TOPSIS排名前5位的省份为山东省、河北省、湖北省、安徽省、陕西省。[结论]我国卫生资源总体配置效率有待提升，省际间配置效率差异显著，建议加大区域间卫生资源的整合力度，推动区域内部资源优化，提升卫生资源配置精准度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the allocative efficiency of health resources in China from 2009 to 2020,and to provide the reference for relevant departments to optimize health resource allocation. Methods The time-series and cross-sectional analyses of the allocative efficiency of health resources in 31 provinces in China were conducted by using DEA method, and a comprehensive TOPSIS evaluation ranking was conducted for non-DEA valid years and provinces. Results The mean value of comprehensive efficiency of DEA time series analysis of China’s health resource allocation was 0.988;the mean value of comprehensive efficiency of DEA cross-sectional analysis in 2020 was 0.852. The top five provinces of non-DEA efficient provinces in TOPSIS ranking were Shandong, Hebei, Hubei, Anhui and Shaanxi provinces. Conclusions The overall allocative efficiency of health resources in China needs to be improved, and there are significant differences in the allocative efficiency among provinces. It is recommended to increase the integration of health resources among regions, promote the optimization of resources within regions and improve the accuracy of health resource allocation.更多还原
