【摘要】 全面准确的评估是循证决策的基础，与药物、临床诊疗等不同，公共卫生项目进行全面评估存在着一定难度和困境，使得公共卫生项目的效益被低估，不能够得到有效推广和使用。文章主要从公共卫生项目卫生技术评估的管理、方法和评估结果转化的角度进行研究，分析我国公共卫生项目卫生技术评估的不足与挑战，并将英国作为标杆，分析其在公共卫生技术评估先进经验的可行性，从顶层设计、体系建设、评价标准以及评估结果的传播等方面提出我国公共卫生项目卫生技术评估的发展建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Comprehensive and accurate evaluation is the basis of evidence-based decision making. Different from drugs, clinical diagnosis and treatment, there is a certain difficulty and dilemma in the comprehensive evaluation of public health projects, which makes the benefits of public health projects underestimated and unable to be effectively promoted and used. This article mainly studies from the perspective of the management, methods and conversion of results of health technology assessment of public health projects, and analyzes the deficiencies and challenges of China’s health technology assessment of public health projects. Britain is regarded as the benchmark to analyze the feasibility of its advanced experience in public health technology assessment. This paper puts forward some suggestions on health technology assessment of public health projects from the aspects of top-level design, system construction, evaluation criteria and dissemination of evaluation results.更多还原
