【摘要】 通过文献分析和实地调研，从交易成本视角对粤港澳大湾区中医药科技成果转化难原因进行分析和探讨，发现成果匹配难、价格协商难、交易过程难和风险性大等因素提高了粤港澳大湾区中医药科技成果转化交易成本。为促进大湾区中医药科技成果转化，文章建议通过提升大湾区中医药科技成果信息交互能力、中医药成果第三方服务能力、中药新药技术创新能力及金融服务能力等来促进粤港澳大湾区中医药科技成果转化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through literature analysis and field investigation, this paper analyzes and discusses the reasons for the difficulty in the transformation of TCM scientific and technological achievements in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from the perspective of transaction costs. It is found that the difficulty in matching achievements, difficulty in price negotiation, difficulty in transaction process and high risk increased the transaction cost of TCM scientific and technological achievements transformation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It is suggested that the transformation of TCM scientific and technological achievements in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area should be promoted by enhancing the information interaction ability of TCM scientific and technological achievements in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the third-party’s service ability of of TCM scientific and technological achievements, new drug technology innovation ability of TCM and the financial service ability.更多还原
