改性芳纶纤维在高性能橡胶复合材料制备中的应用

【摘要】 弹性高、耐磨性强、耐寒、气密性良好且价廉的橡胶是重要的战略性物资,在社会经济发展中不可替代。而单一的橡胶应用有限,受热易老化,实用价值低。芳纶纤维因出色的力学性能、质轻阻燃等优异特性成为橡胶制品的优良骨架填料。但芳纶纤维表面光滑、化学反应活性位点少,导致其与橡胶基体之间的界面粘结力较弱,从而影响了其应用于橡胶制品的综合性能。因此,对芳纶纤维进行良好地改性以增强与橡胶间的亲和性,成为制备芳纶-橡胶复合材料的关键。本文对增强芳纶和橡胶粘附性的研究以及改性芳纶纤维增强橡胶复合材料在密封橡胶、抗冲击橡胶、橡胶阻尼材料等的应用进行了综述,并对未来芳纶增强橡胶的发展作了简单的展望。

【Abstract】 Rubber with high elasticity, strong wear resistance, cold resistance, good air tightness and low price is an important strategic material, and can’t be replaced in the social and economic development.However, the application of single rubber is limited, prone to aging when heated, and the practical value is low.Aramid fibers have become excellent skeleton fillers for rubber products due to its outstanding properties such as excellent mechanical properties, light weight and flame retardant.The bonding ability between aramid fibers and rubber matrix is weak due to the smooth surfaces and few active sites of chemical reaction, which affects the comprehensive properties of aramid fibers applied in rubber products.Therefore, to enhance the affinity between aramid fibers and rubber through good modification is becoming the key to prepare aramid-rubber composites.In this paper, the research about the adhesion rainforcement of aramid fibers and rubber, and the application of composite of modified aramid fibers reinforced rubber in sealing rubber, impact resistant rubber and rubber damping materials were reviewed, and the future development of aramid fibers reinforced rubber was briefly prospected.
