【摘要】 目的:探讨事件相关电位(ERP)P300、N400在吸食新型毒品戒毒人员疑似精神障碍者中应用的价值。方法:对吸食新型毒品中疑似精神障碍的戒毒人员，在传统经验性评估基础上，进行P300、N400检测，同时使用简易精神症状自陈量表(SBPS)、二项必选数字记忆测验(BFDMT)量表进行评估。结果:非伪装组与伪装组在SBPS总分、BFDMT总分及容易条目分和困难条目分上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。非伪装组P300、N400潜伏期均长于伪装组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组P300、N400波幅差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。非伪装组和伪装组的P300和N400潜伏期、波幅与BFDMT、SBPS总分均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:以SBPS总分13分为划界分，在一定程度上能区分吸食新型毒品中疑似精神障碍的戒毒人员伪装或夸大精神症状，伪装智力低下者在疑似精神障碍戒毒人员中比较罕见。ERP的P300、N400潜伏期能区分非伪装组与伪装组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the application value of P300 and N400 in screening suspected mental disorder among new drug addicts.Methods:On the basis of traditional empirical evaluation, we used P300 and N400 tests, Self-reported Scale of Brief Psychopathic Symptoms(SBPS) and Binomial Forced-Choice Digit Memory Test(BFDMT) to screen and evaluate suspected mental disorder among new drug addicts.Results:There was no significant difference in total SBPS and BFDMT scores, easy item score and difficult item score between non-camouflage group and camouflage group(P>0.05).The latency of P300 and N400 in the non-camouflage group was longer than that in the camouflage group(P<0.05),yet the difference was insignificant in the amplitude of P300 and N400 between two groups(P>0.05).There was no correlation between the latency and amplitude of P300 and N400,and total scores of BFDMT and SBPS in two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Thirteen points out of total SBPS scoring can be decided as cut-off point to distinguish those who disguise or exaggerate their mental symptoms in new drug addicts suspected of mental disorder.It is rare for these drug addicts to disguise them as low intelligence.P300 and N400 latency can be used to distinguish the camouflage group from the non-camouflage group.更多还原
