【摘要】 目的:探讨微创食管切除术(MIE Ivor-Lewis)与开放食管切除术(OE Ivor-Lewis)治疗食管癌的安全性、可行性和短期结果。方法:回顾性分析2018年5月～2021年12月接受MIE Ivor-Lewis或OE Ivor-Lewis治疗的食管癌患者的临床和手术资料。比较两组患者的基础特征、病理资料、手术方式、围手术期结果和生存率。结果:54例患者90 d内无1例死亡。32例接受MIE Ivor-Lewis治疗，22例接受OE Ivor-Lewis治疗。与OE组比较，MIE组手术时间长(P<0.05),清扫淋巴结数量多(P<0.05),肺部并发症、吻合口狭窄发生率低(P<0.05)。结论:与OE相比，MIE治疗食管癌在围手术期结局方面具有优势，并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the safety, feasibility and short-term outcomes of minimally invasive esophagectomy(MIE Ivor-Lewis) and open esophagectomy(OE Ivor-Lewis) in the treatment of esophageal cancer.Methods:Clinical and surgical data were collected from the patients with esophageal cancer treated with MIE Ivor-Lewis or OE Ivor-Lewis between May 2018 and December 2021.Then the two groups were compared regarding basic demographical information, pathological findings, surgical modality, perioperative outcomes and survival rate.Results:No death occurred within 90 days in the 54 patients included in this study.Thirty-two patients received MIE Ivor-Lewis approach, and another 22 were treated by OE Ivor-Lewis.Compared with OE Ivor-Lewis approach, patients treated by MIE Ivor-Lewis had longer operative time, more number of dissected lymph nodes, lower incidences of pulmonary complications and anastomotic stenosis(all P<0.05).Conclusion:MIE Ivor-Lewis approach is superior to OE Ivor-Lewis in the perioperative outcome, and has fewer complications in the treatment of esophageal cancer.更多还原
