【摘要】 文章综合运用MALMQUIST生产力指数模型，选取内蒙古、青海、贵州、云南、宁夏等西部12省、自治区的面板数据对文化产业全要素生产率变动及分解指标进行实证研究。研究表明:2013—2019年我国文化产业全要素生产率整体呈波动式增长；西部地区省际间文化产业效率存在不同程度差异。在“绿水青山就是金山银山”新生产力发展理念下，文化资源开发赋能西部地区经济发展，在技术进步方面部分省、自治区有待进一步提高技术使用效率和规模效率。西部地区与东、中地区仍有差距，处于不同发展阶段，发挥全要素生产率助力西部地区文化产业开放型高质量发展，推进文化产业新发展格局并提出政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the paper, the Malmquist productivity index model is applied comprehensively. The panel data are selected from twelve Western provinces and regions(Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Guizhou, Yunnan and Ningxia) to carry out the empirical research on the change and decomposition indicators of the Total Factor Productivity of cultural industry.According to the research results, the Total Factor Productivity of the Chinese cultural industry was on a fluctuating growth trend on the whole from 2013 to 2019. There are different degrees of differences in the efficiency of cultural industry among provinces in Western China.Under the new productivity development idea that "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains", the economic development of Western China is promoted by the development of cultural resources. In terms of technological progress, the technology application efficiency and the scale efficiency are further improved in some provinces and regions. There is still a gap between the western region and the eastern and central regions. These regions are at different stages of development. It is necessary for us to give full play to Total Factor Productivity to help the western region develop the cultural industry in an open and high-quality manner,promote the new development pattern of cultural industry and make policy recommendations.更多还原
