【Abstract】 In this paper, we pointed out that the core group of the pre-cooked dishes supply chain covered agricultural and breeding enterprises, manufacturing enterprises and retailers, and these enterprises needed to be synchronized in standardized application. Then, we analyzed the cost composition and trend of the standardized application in the pre-cooked dishes supply chain, and had a Stackelberg game analysis over the decision-making and benefit distribution of the enterprises upstream and downstream the pre-cooked dishes supply chain regarding standardized application. Finally, we suggested that, as the supply chain leader, the manufacturers or retailers of pre-cooked dishes should strengthen the promotion of standardized application in all links of the supply chain to achieve greater supply chain benefit and lower supply chain cost.更多还原
