【Abstract】 In this paper, taking the civil aviation freight transport industry as an example, we first analyzed the new business fields appearing after the industrial adjustment and transformation in the post-epidemic era and the new demand they have for the cultivation of higher vocational talents. Then, we proposed the model of higher vocational civil aviation freight transport talent cultivation which organically integrates the 1+X certification system, and on this basis, reconstructed the implementation path of the 1+X certification system, including:establishing an education community for the implementation of the 1+X certification system, breaking the barriers between vocational skills training standards and specialty teaching standards, building the course-occupation integration mode under the 1+X certification system,and focusing on improving the overall level of the teaching and training teams, etc.更多还原
