疫情下基于Petri网的国际航空货运进口流程建模与分析
Modelling and Analysis of International Air Cargo Import Process Based on Petri Nets under Epidemic Outbreak
【摘要】 国际航空货运进口流程是航空运输的重要组成部分,但在新冠疫情期间存在疫情输入的风险,为消除风险并缓解航空货运站拥堵情况,构造国际航空货运进口流程Petri网模型,利用工作任务分析法进行疫情传播风险的识别,并考虑疫情风险输入情况重构Petri网模型,进而引入随机Petri网及其同构的马尔可夫链,对模型进行性能分析,结合实际作业流程指出流程存在的问题,对提升疫情下国际航空货运进口流程的效率提出了建议。
【Abstract】 In this paper, in order to eliminate the risk of epidemic importation and alleviate the congestion at air cargo terminals, we constructed a Petri nets model of the international air cargo import process, and identified the risk of epidemic transmission using the task analysis method. Next, we reconstructed the Petri nets model considering the risk of epidemic importation, and then introduced the stochastic Petri nets and its isomorphic Markov chain to analyze the performance of the model and point out the issues existing with the actual operations in the international air cargo import process, contributing to improving the efficiency of the international air cargo import process in event of epidemic outbreak.
