【摘要】 随着学术出版物数量的激增，学术期刊影响力的评价日趋复杂。传统的被引频次虽为衡量学术贡献的关键指标，但单一依据被引数量易忽视论文间被引的分布均衡性。鉴于此，学术期刊被引均衡性指标体系的提出和应用是一个趋势，它旨在综合评价期刊的学术影响力。这一体系的设计着重考虑期刊中各篇文章被引用的均衡性，以保证评价的公正客观。通过引入均衡性指标，旨在揭示期刊影响力的多维度特征，避免对高引用论文的过度依赖，真实反映期刊的学术水平。研究采用定性分析与理论构建相结合的方法，按照研究背景、现状分析、指标体系设计及结论与建议等部分组织内容。主要发现表明，被引均衡性指标体系能够有效补充当前的学术期刊评价体系，通过促进学术产出的多样化，进而提升期刊整体的学术质量与影响力。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the surge in the number of academic publications, the evaluation of the impact of academic journals has become increasingly complex. Although traditional citation frequency is a key metric for measuring academic contributions, reliance solely on the number of citations easily overlooks the distributional balance of citations among papers. In light of this, the proposal and application of an academic journal citation equilibrium indicator system is a trend, aiming to comprehensively evaluate the academic impact of journals. The design of this system focuses on considering the balance of citations received by each article in a journal to ensure the fairness and comprehensiveness of the evaluation. By introducing balance indicators, the goal is to reveal the multidimensional characteristics of journal impact, avoid over-reliance on highly cited papers, and truly reflect the academic level of the journal. The study uses a combination of qualitative analysis and theoretical construction methods, organizing content in sections such as research background, current situation analysis, indicator system design, and conclusions and recommendations. The main findings indicate that the cited equilibrium indicator system can effectively complement the current academic journal evaluation system, and by promoting diversity in academic output, it can enhance the overall academic quality and impact of journals.更多还原
