【摘要】 当前施工安全管理的模式逐渐向信息化转变，但信息化的应用易受到限制，因此需要研究其关键的障碍因素，从而有序解决难题。通过潜在狄利克雷分布主题模型，对多篇文献进行主题聚类，依据主题-词汇的输出结果，得到阻碍信息化应用的因素集。采用决策试验与评价实验室(DEMATEL)法将专家打分结果归化成矩阵，计算出每个因素的影响度、被影响度、中心度和原因度，以探究因素之间的相互关系，识别出重要的影响因素。研究表明：运营成本高、管理人员认知不足、缺乏复合型的人才和软件供应商水平低是较为重要的关键因素。从关键因素入手，降低成本、提高认知、培养人才、提高水平，以改善当前信息化现状。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current mode of construction safety management is gradually transformed to informatization, but the application of informatization is limited, and it is necessary to study the key obstacles and solve the problems in an orderly manner. In this paper, the LDA(latent Dirichlet distribution) theme model was used to cluster the themes of multiple literatures, and the set of factors hindering the application of information was obtained according to the output results of the theme-vocabulary. The DEMATEL(Decision Testing and Evaluation Laboratory) method naturalized the expert scoring results into a matrix, calculated the degree of influence, influence, centrality, and cause of each factor, explored the interrelationship between factors, and identified important influencing factors. Studies showed that "high operating costs", "insufficient management cognition", "lack of compound talents" and "low level of software suppliers" were the more important key factors.
