【摘要】 沙龙育人活动是辅导员履行九大职责的有效载体，是创新大学生思想政治教育形式的重要体现。基于扎根理论研究挖掘出大学生参与辅导员沙龙育人活动的15个影响因素，构建了沙龙活动吸引性、功能性、社交性、激励性和辅导员权威性等五个维度的沙龙育人活动评价模型。在不同类别学生群体对沙龙活动偏好的差异性分析基础上，提出辅导员要在沙龙活动吸引性、针对性和实效性上优化设计，促进辅导员沙龙育人活动的可持续发展，增强学生参与沙龙活动的获得感。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an effective means for counselors to perform nine responsibilities, Salon education program is an important embodiment of innovative forms of ideological and political education for college students.Based on the grounded theory, this paper digs out 15 factors that influence college students’ participation in counselor salon education program, and builds an evaluation model of salon education program that contains five dimensions: attraction, functionality, sociability, motivation and counselor authority.According to the analysis of the differences in the preferences of different types of student groups for salon education events, it is proposed that counselors should optimize the design of salon education events in terms of attraction, pertinence and effectiveness, in order to promote the sustainable development of counselor salon education program, and to enhance students’ sense of achievement in participating in salon education events.更多还原
