新型中温压缩空气储能余热回收利用系统设计及热经济性分析

【摘要】 中温压缩空气储能系统在储能和释能过程中,存在一部分余热未进行利用。作者针对中温压缩空气储能系统,提出一种新的余热利用方法,即利用跨临界CO2布雷顿循环作为底循环对余热进行回收。结果表明:改进后的系统循环效率达到68.5%,相较于原系统提高了1.3%。对改进后系统在变工况运行时的热经济性分析发现,随着负荷比的增加,回收的余热增多,底循环产生更多的膨胀功,总循环效率上升。

【Abstract】 During the energy storage and release processes in medium-temperature compressed air energy storage systems, a portion of waste heat remains unused.This paper proposes a new method for harnessing this waste heat in medium-temperature compressed air energy storage systems by utilizing the transcritical CO2 Brayton cycle as the bottom cycle for heat recovery.The results indicate that the cycle efficiency of the improved system reaches 68.5%,representing a 1.3% increase compared to the original system.An analysis of the thermal efficiency of the improved system under variable operating conditions reveals that as the load ratio increases, the recovered waste heat also increases, resulting in greater expansion work in the bottom cycle and an overall increase in the total cycle efficiency.
