聚多巴胺/银复合抗菌聚氨酯海绵的制备及其性能
Preparation and Properties of Polydopamine/Silver Composite Antibacterial Polyurethane Dressings
【摘要】 通过一步法制备聚氨酯(PU)海绵,并在其表面分步沉积聚多巴胺(PDA)和银纳米粒子(AgNPs)得到PDA@PU和Ag@PDA@PU。采用红外光谱和扫描电镜对海绵样品的化学结构与表面形貌进行分析,并对其作为伤口敷料的亲水性、生物相容性、光热性能和抗菌性能等进行了探究。结果显示,Ag@PDA@PU具有良好的亲水性,接触角为39°;溶血率低于5%,且无细胞毒性;在28 d内均能持续稳定地释放Ag~+;808 nm的近红外光以1 W/cm~2的功率照射10 min,可使其升温至54℃,且5次升温-降温循环不会影响其光热性能;杀菌率高达98.74%。
【Abstract】 Polyurethane(PU) sponge dressings were prepared by a one-step method, polydopamine(PDA) and silver nanoparticles(AgNPs) were deposited on their surfaces in steps to obtain PDA@PU and Ag@PDA@PU,respectively.The chemical structure and surface morphology of the modified dressings were analysed by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The hydrophilicity, biocompatibility, ability to release silver ions, photothermal ability and antibacterial properties as wound dressings were investigated.The results show that Ag@PDA@PU has good hydrophilicity and the water contact angle is 39°; the haemolysis rate is less than 5% and there is no cytotoxicity; Ag~+ can be released continuously and stably within 28 days; irradiation of 808 nm near-infrared light with a power of 1 W/cm~2 for 10 minutes can raise the temperature to 54 ℃,and five heating and cooling cycles do not affect its photothermal performance; the sterilization rate is as high as 98.74%.
