一种石英纤维增强二氧化硅基复合材料介电性能分析方法

【摘要】 为了描述石英纤维增强二氧化硅基复合材料的介电性能,对编织(纤维正交)结构进行分层简化处理,并采用随机生长方法生成孔隙,模拟材料存在孔隙与吸潮的复杂情况。在此基础上,将基于散射参数的电磁参数反演方法与严格耦合波分析方法结合,进行等效电磁参数计算。最后使用有限元仿真软件对1~18 GHz频率下的结果进行了初步验证,平均误差小于2%,优于公式计算结果。研究方法适用于各种周期性编织复合材料以及多组分系统,能够计算分析材料电磁响应与各向异性有效介电常数。

【Abstract】 In order to describe the dielectric properties of quartz fiber reinforced silica composites, the fiber orthogonal braided structure was simplified by layering, and the pores were generated by random growth method to simulate the complex situation of moisture absorption in the material.On this basis, the electromagnetic parameter retrieval method based on scattering parameters is combined with the rigorous coupled wave analysis method to calculate the equivalent electromagnetic parameters.Finally, the results under the frequency of 1~18 GHz were preliminarily verified using finite element simulation software, and the average error was less than 2%,which was better than the formula calculation results.The research method is applicable to various periodic braided composite materials and multi-component systems, and can analyze the electromagnetic response and anisotropic effective dielectric constant of materials.
