基于二氧化硫脲还原剥色的扎染新工艺
New Tie-dyeing Process Based on Thiourea Dioxide Reduction and Color Stripping
【摘要】 传统扎染图案虽造型丰富,但色彩风格较为单一,以深底白花为主。将剥色与扎染技法结合,可实现不同风格扎染图案作品。文章以二氧化硫脲为拔染剂,采用实验对比法,探讨pH值、二氧化硫脲质量浓度、剥色温度、剥色时间对活性染料染色棉织物剥色效果的影响,确定其最优剥色工艺条件是二氧化硫脲1g/L,pH值13,温度70℃,时间6min。将实验结果应用于扎染中,可以得出:采用最优剥色工艺条件,可获得全拔扎染效果;适当降低剥色工艺条件可获得渐变半拔扎染效果;将难拔染染料和易拔染染料进行拼色后拔染,可获得双色拔扎染作品。
【Abstract】 The pattern of traditional tie-dyeing is rich, but the color style is monotonous, mainly white flowers on a dark background. By combining color stripping and tie-dyeing techniques, different styles of tie-dyeing patterns can be realized. The article adopts the experimental comparison method, explore the effects of pH, thiourea dioxide mass concentration, stripping temperature and str ipping time on the stripping effect of reactive dyestuff dyed cotton fabric by using thiourea dioxide as the dyeing agent, and determined that the optimal stripping process conditions are thiourea dioxide 1g/L, pH 13, temperature 70℃ and time 6 min. By applying the experimental results to the tie-dyeing, it can be concluded that by using the optimal stripping process conditions, the completely tie-dyeing effect can be obtained; by appropriately reducing the stripping process conditions, the gradual incompletely tie-dyeing effect can be obtained; by plucking after color-mixing the hard-discharging dyestuff and easy-discharging dyestuff, two-color plucked tie-dyeing works can be obtained.
