【摘要】 目的 探索Hif-1α和VEGF-C在结节性胃炎中的表达水平，及Hif-1α和VEGF-C通路在结节性胃炎发病机制中的作用。方法 收集2021年8月至2022年8月于包头医学院第二附属医院内镜室行内镜检查的患者，由内镜下诊断、H.pylori呼气试验筛选出H.pylori(+)结节性胃炎患者及其对照组H.pylori(-)慢性非萎缩性胃炎、H.pylori(+)慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者，每组15例，共45例。采用qRT-PCR测定胃黏膜组织中Hif-1α和VEGF-C的表达变化，并分析其与结节性胃炎的关系。结果 qRT-PCR显示Hif-1α相对表达量在结节性胃炎患者中升高，但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);VEGF-C相对表达量在结节性胃炎患者中升高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Hif-1α/VEGF-C通路可能不参与H.pylori(+)结节性胃炎的发病机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression levels of Hif-1α and VEGF-C in nodular gastritis, and the role of Hif-1α/VEGF-C pathway in the pathogenesis of nodular gastritis.Methods From Aug. 2021 to Aug. 2022, the patients who underwent gastroscopy in the endoscopy room of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College were collected. The patients with H.pylori(+) nodular gastritis and the patients with H.pylori(+) chronic non-atrophic gastritis and H.pylori(-) chronic non-atrophic gastritis in the control group were screened by endoscopic diagnosis and H.pylori breath test. There were 15 patients in each group, a total of 45 patients. The expression of Hif-1α/VEGF-C in gastric mucosa was detected by qRT-PCR, and its relationship with nodular gastritis was analyzed. Results qRT-PCR showed that the relative expression of Hif-1α was no significant difference in patients with nodular gastritis(P>0.05); the relative expression of VEGF-C increased in patients with nodular gastritis(P<0.05).Conclusion The pathway of HIF-1α/VEGF-C may not be involved in the pathogenesis of H.pylori(+) nodular gastritis.更多还原
