【摘要】 本文介绍了一款工作在32-40GHz的宽带收发系统。系统包含了本振模块,Ka变频模块,X变频模块,功放模块与天线模块。该收发系统采用超外差结构,使用两次变频方案,第一次为Ka-X波段变频,第二次为X波段变频。其中Ka变频方案中的上变频采用了分段滤波设计来达到杂散抑制要求,X变频方案采用双向放大芯片使接收与放大通过同一个链路进行放大,极大地节省了模块体积和面积。本文主要设计并测试了其中的Ka变频模块以及X变频模块使其达到所需设计指标。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces a broadband transceiver system working at 32-40GHz. The system includes local oscillator module, Ka frequency conversion module, X frequency conversion module, power amplifier module and antenna module. The transceiver system adopts a superheterodyne structure and uses two frequency conversion schemes, the first time is Ka-X band frequency conversion, and the second time is X band frequency conversion. Among them, the up-conversion in the Ka frequency conversion scheme uses a segmented filter design to meet the spurious suppression requirements, and the X frequency conversion scheme uses a two-way amplifier chip to enable the reception and transmission to be amplified through the same channel, which greatly saves the module volume and area. This paper mainly design and tests the Ka frequency conversion module and X frequency conversion module among them and reaches the required design index.
