废料回炉比对AlSi10MgFe合金组织及性能的影响
Effects of Scrap Recycling Ratio on Microstructure and Properties of AlSi10MgFe Alloy
【摘要】 利用AlSi10MgFe合金废料与新料制备出不同废料回炉比的AlSi10MgFe合金,通过成分分析、物相分析、显微组织、力学性能以及断口形貌分析等,探究了铝料回炉比对AlSi10MgFe合金组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着废料占比的增加,合金中条片状共晶Si的粗化程度和针状β-Fe相的面积分数增加。合金的抗拉强度呈现先上升后下降的趋势,伸长率整体呈下降趋势,硬度逐渐增加,合金逐渐趋向脆性断裂。另外,气孔在β-Fe相富集区形成。
【Abstract】 AlSi10MgFe alloys with different scrap recycle ratios were prepared using AlSi10MgFe alloy scrap and new alloy material. The influence of different scrap recycle ratios on microstructure and mechanical properties of AlSi10MgFe alloy was investigated through composition analysis, phase analysis, microstructure, mechanical properties and fracture morphology analysis. The results indicate that as the proportion of scrap increases, the coarsening degree of the lamellar eutectic Si and area fraction of needle-like β-Fe phase in the alloy are increased. The tensile strength of the alloy presents a tendency to rise firstly and then down, elongation tends to fall, and hardness is gradually increased, while the alloy gradually tends to brittle fracture. In addition, gas holes are generated at β-Fe-rich zone.
