【摘要】 目的 探讨江苏泰州地区输尿管结石患者的结石成分及其与之临床相关特征之间的关系。方法 选取江苏泰州地区输尿管结石标本754例，采用红外光谱自动分析技术进行检测得到结石成分，结合患者的性别、年龄等临床因素进行分析。结果 共纳入754例输尿管结石患者，平均年龄为（51.18±13.61）岁，女性平均年龄高于男性（P<0.05）。其中男女比例：2.25:1,50～59岁年龄区间占比最高（29%）,40～49岁年龄区间排第二（21%）。结石成分分析显示混合性结石较单纯性结石多（441例：313例），单纯性结石中以一水草酸钙结石（80.0%）和无水尿酸结石（17.6%）为主，混合性结石中最常见的结石成分为一水草酸钙+碳酸磷灰石（64.2%）。男性和女性人数最多的的结石成分均为一水草酸钙+碳酸磷灰石。结论 江苏泰州地区输尿管结石成分存在显著的年龄、性别分布差异，可根据这些特点，为本地区输尿管结石的预防、治疗制定更适宜的措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between the composition and the related clinical characteristics.Methods 754 samples of ureteral calculi in Taizhou were selected, and the components of the calculi were detected by infrared spectrum automatic analysis technology, and then analyzed by combining with clinical factors such as gender and age. Results A total of 754 patients with ureteral calculi were included. The average age was(51.18± 13.61) years old. The average age of women was higher than that of men(P<0.05). The ratio of male to female was 2.25:1. The age range of 50～59 years old was the highest(29%), and the age range of 40～49 years old was the second(21%). The analysis of stone composition showed that there were more mixed stones than simple stones(441 cases vs 313 cases). Calcium oxalate monohydrate stone(80.0%) and anhydrous uric acid stone(17.6%) were the main stones in simple stones. The most common stone composition in mixed stones was calcium oxalate monohydrate and carbonate apatite(64.2%). Calcium oxalate monohydrate and carbonate apatite are the most common stones in both men and women. Conclusion There are significant differences in age and sex distribution of ureteral calculi in Taizhou. According to these characteristics, more appropriate measures can be formulated for the prevention and treatment of ureteral calculi in this area.更多还原
