柠康酰亚胺基粘合功能助剂在NR中的应用研究

【摘要】 分别将5种新型柠康酰亚胺基粘合功能助剂(BCDB,BCH,BCmB,BIB和BCpB)(简称:功能助剂)加入NR-镀铜钢丝粘合配方胶料中,研究了功能助剂对NR胶料硫化特性、力学性能、热空气老化性能和NR-镀铜钢丝粘合性能的影响。结果表明,与对比样配方1#胶料相比,加入功能助剂可使胶料正硫化时间延长,交联密度提高,多硫键比例下降;硫化胶力学性能、热空气老化性能和NR-镀铜钢丝粘合性能得到改善。N,N′-对苯撑双柠康酰亚胺(BCpB)对NR-镀铜钢丝粘合强度的提高最为显著;与对比样配方1#胶料相比,该胶料粘合强度提高了21.5%。

【Abstract】 Novel citraconicimide functional additives with different structures(BCDB,BCH, BCmB, BIB and BCpB) were applied in the formulation of NR-brass-plated steel cord adhesive NR compounds, the effects of functional additives on the curing properties, mechanical properties, hot air aging properties and adhesion properties of NR-brass-plated steel cord of NR compounds were investigated.The results showed that compared with 1# formula, the functional additive could prolong the optimum curing time, increase the crosslinking density, and reduce the ratio of polysulfide bonds. The adhesion properties of the rubber and brass-plated steel cord were significantly improved. N,N′-p-phenylene bis-citraconic imide(BCpB) had the most significant improvement in adhesion strength, which was 21.5% higher than that of the 1# formula.
