【摘要】 运用文献资料、实地调研等方法探讨了地市尺度的区域体育旅游专项规划的编制逻辑和编制体系。区域体育旅游专项规划应主要参考旅游发展规划的体系，且应是产品导向型的规划。以“基础分析、空间载体、产品谱系、旅游营销、规划实施”五大板块为整体框架，以“全谱系产品、重点产品、公共体育设施”三大产品类别为核心内容的编制体系，是一个可参考借鉴的编制模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the methods of literature and filed interview, this paper argued the logic and system of sport tourism plan on city level. A regional sport tourism plan should follow the tourism plan system and should be product oriented. A framework composed by the five aspects such as background analysis, spatial arrangement,product spectrum, tourism marketing and plan implementation is suggested in this paper. Besides, full spectrum product, key product and public sport facilities are suggested as the core product in such a plan.更多还原
