【摘要】 运用文献资料、实地调查等方法，分析全国青少年冰雪运动冬夏令营活动开展的价值、困境，并提出提升路径。全国青少年冰雪运动冬夏令营活动开展价值：帮助学生掌握冰雪运动技能，加强冰雪运动后备人才培养，提升冰雪运动教育深度广度。开展困境：开展理念不够清晰明确、前期准备缺少充分规划、组织协调工作不够流畅、教练员队伍需要完善、开展效果缺少科学评估。提升路径：明确活动开展理念，统一活动开展方向；加强准备规划工作，提高活动专业水平；明确活动工作要求，优化活动组织顺序；完善教练选拔培训，提升活动开展质量；研制评价指标体系，科学评估开展效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the methods of literature review and field investigation,this paper expounded the value and dilemma of winter and summer camp of ice and snow sports for youth in China,and put forward improvement paths.The value of winter and summer camp of national youth ice and snow sports:It helps students master ice and snow sports skills,strengthens the training of ice and snow sports reserve talents,and promotes the depth and breadth of ice and snow sports education.Development dilemmas:The concept of development is not clear and definite,the preliminary preparation lacks sufficient planning,the organization and coordination work is not smooth,the team of coaches needs to be improved,and the effect of development lacks scientific evaluation.Improvement paths:We should clarify the concept of development to unify the development direction,strengthen preparation and planning work to improve the professional level of activities,define the work requirements to optimize the order of organizing activities,improve the selection and training of coach es to improve the quality of activities,and develop the evaluation index system to evaluate the effect scientifically.更多还原
