钙钛矿光伏技术的研究进展与产业化趋势

【摘要】 随着国家碳达峰、碳中和战略启动,光伏技术在中国能源体系转型中将发挥更加重要的战略价值。围绕在光伏技术中极有潜力的新型钙钛矿光伏技术,综合阐述了钙钛矿材料在光伏发电领域的应用,梳理了国内外钙钛矿光伏技术的最新研究进展,并结合企业在钙钛矿太阳电池产业化方面的典型实践情况,对钙钛矿太阳电池的产业化趋势与面临的挑战进行了归纳和分析。期望该研究可对中国钙钛矿光伏技术的研究和产业化发展有所裨益。

【Abstract】 With the launch of the national emission peak and carbon neutrality strategy,PV technology will play a more important strategic value in the transformation of China’s energy system. This paper focuses on the promising new type of perovskite PV technology in PV technology,comprehensively elaborates on the application of perovskite materials in the field of PV power generation,summarizes the latest research progress of perovskite PV technology at home and abroad,and combines typical practical situations of enterprises in the industrialization of perovskite solar cells to summarize and analyze the industrialization trend and challenges faced by perovskite solar cells. It is expected that this study will be beneficial for the research and industrial development of perovskite PV technology in China.
