用水规律对光伏光热热水系统性能的影响研究
STUDY ON INFLUENCE OF USER USAGE HABIT ON PERFORMANCE OF PHOTOVOLTAIC-THERMAL HOT WATER SYSTEM
【摘要】 以基于微热管阵列的光伏光热热水系统为研究对象,通过数值模拟的方法,对考虑和不考虑用水规律的工况下该系统的连续运行性能进行对比研究。研究表明,考虑用水规律的工况下,该系统每日的水箱初始温度均高于40℃,但经过一天的连续运行,较高的初始温度对终止温度的提升并不明显;与不考虑用水规律的工况相比,其平均热效率、电效率和综合效率均出现下降,分别降低10.7%~34.7%、0.1%~0.4%和11.6%~35.4%,特别是在多云、阴天等工况下降幅最大。针对上述现象,建议可采用双水箱系统或优化用水规律等措施,以提升技术的适应性。
【Abstract】 Taking the photovoltaic-thermal hot water system based on the micro heat pipe array as the research object,the operation performance of the system with/without consideration of user usage was studied in detail by means of mathematical simulation. The results show that considering user usage,the initial temperature of water tank is always higher than 40 ℃,but the highter initial temperature has no obvious effect on the improvement of the final temperature,compared with the condition without consideration user usage,its average thermal efficiency,electrical and comprehensive efficiency respectively reduce by 10.7%-34.7%,0.1%-0.4% and11.6%-35.4%,especially in cloudy days. It is recommended to introduce double water tank system or optimize user usage habit to improve the performance of the system.
