带反射板的热管真空管集热器试验研究

【摘要】 为研究反射板对太阳能集热器集热能力的影响,以带有12根Φ58 mm×1800 mm热管真空管的集热器为研究对象,在晴天和多云条件下对带波纹型、平面型、波纹平面型反射板和无反射板的集热器集热能力进行试验。结果表明:带波纹型反射板的集热器日集热量在晴天和多云条件下比无反射板时分别提高25.19%和26.50%,相比平面型反射板高1.15%和1.00%,相比波纹平面型反射板高10.32%和9.96%。在一天内,带波纹平面型反射板的集热器小时集热能力最小,带波纹型与平面型反射板的集热器集热能力在不同时刻相对大小存在差异。当集热器对环境无热损时,带波纹型、平面型和波纹平面型反射板的集热器集热效率比无反射板分别提高10.37%、8.94%和4.15%。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the effect of the reflector on the heat collection capacity of solar heat pipe vacuum pipe collector,taking a solar collector with reflector constructed by 12 heat pipe vacuum pipes of Φ58 mm×1800 mm as the research object,the heat collection capacity of the collector with corrugated,flat,corrugated-flat reflector and without reflector were experimentally investigated under sunny and cloudy condition. The experiment results show that the daily heat collection capacity of the collector with corrugated reflector is 25.19% and 26.50% higher than that without reflector under sunny and cloudy condition,1.15% and 1.00% higher than that of flat reflector,10.32% and 9.96% higher than that of corrugated-flat reflector. The hourly heat collection capacity of the collector with corrugated-flat reflector is the smallest,and the heat collection capacity of the collector with corrugated and flat reflector is different at different time. When the collector has no heat loss to the environment,the heat collection efficiency of the collector with corrugated,flat and corrugated-flat reflector is 10.37%,8.94% and 4.15% higher than that without reflector,respectively.
