【摘要】 为了促进体育场馆运营改革，采用走访调查法、观察法、文献资料法等研究方法，以“4R”危机管理理论为理论基础，构建出体育场馆运营的应急管理模式。分析发现：在体育场馆运营的危机管理中存在危机意识薄弱、应急预警机制不完善、缺乏专业的应急制度等问题。建议在“后疫情时代”体育场馆运营的应急管理中提高危机意识、创新运营模式、完善应急制度和预警机制、促进应急管理发展的科学化和专业化。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to strengthen the operation reform of stadiums and gymnasiums, research methods such as visits and surveys, observation methods, and literature data methods are adopted, and based on the theory of “4R” crisis management theory, an emergency management model for stadium operations is constructed. The analysis found that there are problems such as weak crisis awareness, imperfect emergency early warning mechanism, and lack of professional emergency response system in the crisis management of stadium operations. It is recommended that in the emergency management of stadium operations in the “post-epidemic era”,crisis awareness should be enhanced, operational models should be innovated, emergency systems and early warning mechanisms should be improved, and the development of emergency management should be scientific and professional.更多还原
