氯化丁基橡胶/天然橡胶共混胶的力学性能

【摘要】 为探究氯化丁基橡胶(CIIR)和天然橡胶(NR)质量比对力学性能的影响,利用红外光谱仪、同步热分析仪、电子万能试验机、动态热分析仪、电子扫描显微镜等仪器分析共混胶的综合性能。结果表明,随着NR的加入增强了CIIR/NR共混胶的热稳定性;增强了CIIR/NR共混胶的弹性模量,在NR为30份时达到最大,此时拉伸强度变化不明显;变温下NR的加入未明显改变CIIR/NR共混胶的损耗因子范围,但在变频下发现NR的加入可拓宽共混胶的损耗因子范围。

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the influence of the mass ratio of chlorobutyl rubber(CIIR) and natural rubber(NR) on the mechanical properties, we use infrared spectrometer, synchronous thermal analyser, electronic universal testing machine, dynamic thermal analyser, electronic scanning microscope and other instruments to analyse the comprehensive performance of the mixture of adhesives.The results show that the addition of NR can enhance the thermal stability of CIIR/NR blends rubber; it can enhance the elastic of CIIR/NR blends, which reaches the maximum at 30 parts of NR,when the change of tensile strength is not obvious; and it does not change the range of the loss factor of CIIR/NR blends obviously, but it is found that the addition of NR can broaden the range of the loss factor of blends rubber under the variable frequency.
