XNBRL/NRL并用的配方及工艺优化

【摘要】 通过改变羧基丁腈胶乳(XNBRL)和天然胶乳(NRL)的并用比例、硫磺用量、预硫化配合工艺,考察了配方及工艺对XNBRL/NRL并用胶膜性能的影响。采用万能电子拉力机、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差式扫描量热仪(DSC)等仪器对胶膜的结构和性能进行研究。结果表明,随着NRL并用量的增加,胶膜的拉伸强度降低,拉断伸长率略有增加;并用NRL后胶膜的拉伸断面粗糙度及缺陷增多;随着硫磺用量的增加,胶膜的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率逐渐升高;采取预硫化工艺能够提高羧基丁腈橡胶(XNBR)相的交联效率,以及胶膜总交联效率,但是对胶膜拉伸强度改善幅度不大,其中XNBRL和NRL分别预硫化再配合熟成的工艺效果最佳。

【Abstract】 By changing the combined ratio of XNBRL and NRL,the amount of sulfur, and the pre-vulcanization compounding process, the effects of the formulation and process on the properties of the XNBRL/NRL combined film were investigated.The structure and properties of the film were studied by universal electron tensile machine, scanning electron microscope(SEM),differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) and other instruments.The results show that the tensile strength of the film decreases and the elongation at break slightly increases with the increase of the combined amount of NRL;the tensile cross-section roughness and defects of the film increase after NRL used in combination.With the increase of sulfur content, the tensile strength and elongation at break of the film increase gradually; the pre-vulcanization process can improve the cross-linking efficiency of the XNBR phase and the efficiency of the film, but the improvement in the tensile strength of the film is not large.The properties of XNBRL and NRL are pre-vulcanized respectively and then mated are best.
