【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the problems of various health care information service platforms, such as shallow level, insufficient integration and too single channel, and holds that information service organizations can use the information foraging theory combined with the information behavior of elderly users to build an aggregated health care information service platform for the elderly based on the process of meeting health care needs.Reasonable layout of text, data, audio, video and other types of information clues, explore a health care information service model that integrates self-service, information resource management, information services, information release, auxiliary services and e-commerce to better meet the needs of elderly users.更多还原
