面向科技向善的网络信息资源内容建设系统动力学研究

【摘要】 [目的 /意义]对如何面向科技向善来促进网络信息资源内容建设进行分析研究,明确其内在促进机理,为网络信息资源内容建设提供源源不断的内在动力和新的发展方向。[方法 /过程]在厘清科技向善的内涵与外延的基础之上,基于计划行为理论等,搭建网络信息资源内容建设的理论分析框架,明晰网络信息资源内容建设主体间的相互作用、变量间的定性与定量关系,构建面向科技向善的网络信息资源内容建设的系统动力学模型,并进行仿真分析。[结果 /结论 ]引导科技向善、提高社会团体向善责任感、加强官方机构信息资源内容建设吸引力等能够为面向科技向善的网络信息资源内容建设提供助力,为相关部门的决策制定提供参考,同时对理论界与实务界的发展都具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 [Purpose/Significance] Analyze and study how to promote the construction of network information resource content for good in the face of science and technology, clarify its internal promotion mechanism, and provide a steady stream of internal impetus and new development direction for the construction of network information resource content.[Method/Process] On the basis of clarifying the connotation and extension of science and technology for good, based on the theory of planning behavior, etc., a theoretical analysis framework for the construction of network information resource content is constructed, the interaction between the subjects of network information resource content construction, and the qualitative and quantitative relationship between variables are clarified, and a system dynamic model of network information resource content construction oriented to science and technology for good is constructed, and simulation analysis is carried out.[Result/Conclusion] Guiding science and technology for good, improving the sense of responsibility of social groups for good, and strengthening the attractiveness of the content construction of information resources of official institutions can provide assistance for the construction of network information resources for good with science and technology, provide reference for decision-making by relevant departments, and have certain reference value for the development of theoretical and practical circles.
