【摘要】 特藏资源的本质特征是稀缺性和独特性。高校图书馆特藏资源获取途径有四种：馆藏资源挖掘、院系资源收集、校友及社会捐赠和外购。其中，馆藏资源挖掘是基础，其他三种是补充。三者中，院系资源收集常被忽视，捐赠和外购则利用不充分。对特藏资源的利用，就是挖掘其内在与外赋的价值：内在价值是资源载体所携带的内容、数据、意义等价值，通过利用数字与智能技术，深入挖掘特藏内在价值；外赋价值是资源载体在其形成、使用、流转、保存、收藏过程中获得的历史的、人文的情感与精神价值，通过主题展览等方式，将其展示、传承下去。文章分别介绍了人大文库、浙大文库、北航航空航天史料展，论述了高校特藏资源库在建设与利用的过程中产生的问题与成果，以期为高校图书馆特藏资源的建设与利用提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The essential characteristics of special collection resources are scarcity and uniqueness. There are four ways to obtain special collection resources in university libraries: collection resource mining, department resource collection, alumni and social donation and outsourcing. Among them, the collection resource mining is the foundation, and the other three are supplements.Among the three, the collection of department resources is often neglected, and donations and outsourcing are not fully utilized. The utilization of special collection resources is to explore its intrinsic and extrinsic value. The intrinsic value is the value of content,data and meaning carried by the resource carrier. By using digital and intelligent technology, the intrinsic value of special collection is deeply explored. The extrinsic value is the historical and humanistic emotional and spiritual value obtained by the resource carrier in the process of its formation, use, circulation, preservation and collection. It is displayed and inherited through theme exhibitions.This article introduces Renmin University of China Bibliotheca, Zhejiang University Bibliotheca, Beihang University Aerospace Historical Materials Exhibition, and discusses the problems and achievements in the process of construction and utilization of special collection resources in universities, in order to provide reference for the construction and utilization of special collection resources in university libraries.更多还原
