【摘要】 目的 观察德谷胰岛素注射液联合达格列净治疗老年2型糖尿病的有效性及安全性分析。方法 选取2021年6月—2022年6月龙岩市中医院收治以2型糖尿病老年患者60例为研究对象,按照随机数表法分成两组,每组30例,接受单一门冬胰岛素30治疗为对照组,接受德谷胰岛素注射液联合达格列净治疗为研究组。比较两组患者在治疗前、后的血糖指标及胰岛功能指标,评价治疗效果及药物不良反应。结果 治疗后,两组血糖指标水平及胰岛功能中胰岛素抵抗指数指标较治疗前下降,研究组下降程度比对照组更明显,胰岛功能胰岛素分泌指数指标较前提升,研究组比对照组提升更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组用药后的低血糖不良反应发生率为3.33%低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在老年2型糖尿病患者以德谷胰岛素注射液联合达格列净治疗,可显著的降低患者的血糖指标水平,改善胰岛功能,提升治疗效果;低血糖发生率更低,安全性更好,效果理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Degu insulin injection combined with Dapagliflozin in the treatment of senile type 2 diabetes. Methods 60 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups according to random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with aspartate 30 alone, and the study group was treated with Degu insulin injection combined with Dapagliflozin. The blood glucose index and islet function index of the two groups were compared before and after treatment to evaluate the therapeutic effect and adverse drug reactions. Results Blood glucose level and homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance index of islet function of the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment, and the decrease degree of the study group were more obvious than those of the control group, while the homeostatic model assessment of insulin secretion index of islet function was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%, which was higher than that of the control group(73.33%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions to hypoglycemia in the study group was 3.33%, which was lower than that in the control group(26.67%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, Degu insulin injection combined with Dapagliflozin can significantly reduce the level of blood glucose index, improve the function of islets, and enhance the therapeutic effect. The incidence of hypoglycemia is lower, and the safety is better, and the effect is ideal.更多还原
