【摘要】 目的 分析医学营养疗法（medical nutrition therapy, MNT）疗法联合常规胰岛素对妊娠期糖尿病患者营养改善情况及血糖血脂控制水平的影响。方法 选取2020年1—12月期间泉州市第一医院收治的80例妊娠糖尿病患者为研究对象，依据患者的干预方式差异将患者设为观察组和对照组，每组40例。观察组采用MNT疗法联合胰岛素治疗，对照组采用MNT疗法，对比两组患者干预前后血糖水平、血脂水平及妊娠结局。结果 两组妊娠糖尿病患者干预前血糖水平、血脂水平对比，差异无统计学意义（P<0.05）；干预后观察组血糖水平、血脂水平优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组妊娠结局明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 MNT疗法联合常规胰岛素能有效促进妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖血脂控制水平提升，改善妊娠结局，具有非常积极的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effects of medical nutrition therapy(MNT) Therapy combined with conventional insulin on the nutritional improvement and the level of blood glucose and lipid control in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 80 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus patients admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital during the period from January to December 2020 were selected, and the patients were set into observation group and control group based on the difference of patients’ intervention methods, 40 cases each. The observation group was treated with MNT therapy combined with insulin, and the control group was treated with MNT therapy. Blood glucose level, blood lipid level and pregnancy outcome were compared and analyzed before and after the intervention of the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose level and blood lipid level between the two groups of gestational diabetes patients before intervention(P<0.05); after intervention, the blood glucose level and blood lipid level of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The pregnancy outcome of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion MNT therapy combined with conventional insulin can effectively promote gestational diabetes mellitus patients’ blood glucose and lipid control level,improve pregnancy outcomes, and have a very positive impact.更多还原
