【摘要】 目的 探讨多学科合作的全程健康教育在老年糖尿病管理中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年6月—2021年5月于福建医科大学附属二院内分泌科接受治疗的130例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象，按照随机数表法分为两组，各65例。其中，对照组采取内分泌科常规护理方法，研究组采取全程健康教育方法，对比两组的护理应用效果。结果 研究组血糖、血脂、BMI改善情况显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组患者在糖尿病知识掌握程度上高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组对于医疗服务的满意度为84.62%高于对照组的75.38%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在糖尿病患者的护理中，采用多学科合作的全程健康教育护理模式，可有效改善患者病情，提升医疗服务满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary cooperation of whole-course health education in the management of geriatric diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 130 elderly diabetic patients who received treatment in the secretory Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from June 2018 to May 2021 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 65 patients in each group. Among them, the control group adopts the routine nursing method of endocrinology department, and the study group adopts the whole-course health education method, and the nursing application effect of the two groups were compared. Results The improvement of blood glucose, blood lipid and BMI in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The knowledge of diabetes in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction of medical service in the study group(84.62%) was higher than that in the control group(75.38%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing of diabetic patients, adopting the whole-course health education nursing model of multi-disciplinary cooperation can effectively improve the condition of patients and enhance the satisfaction of medical services.更多还原
