【摘要】 目的 探讨应用情绪管理ABC训练法对青少年糖尿病患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪及其生活质量的影响。方法 按照随机数表法,将2015年1月—2022年1月福建省立医院儿科急诊收治的96例青少年糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组采用常规心理护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用情绪ABC训练法进行心理干预。比较两组患者干预前后焦虑、抑郁评分及其生活质量。结果 干预前,两组患者SAS、SDS评分以及生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者SAS、SDS评分以及生活质量评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 情绪管理ABC训练法对青少年糖尿病患者不良情绪及生活质量具有确切的改善价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of ABC training of emotion management on anxiety, depression and other bad emotions and quality of life in juvenile diabetic patients.Methods According to random number table method,ninety-six juvenile diabetic patients admitted to the department of pediatric emergency of Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2015 to January 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with forty-eight cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine psychological nursing intervention, and the observation group was treated with ABC training of emotion management on the basis of the control group. The scores of anxiety and depression and their quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the SAS, SDS scores and quality of life scores between two groups(P>0.05). After the implementation, the SAS, SDS scores and quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion ABC training of emotion management has definite value in improving the bad mood and life quality of juvenile diabetic patients.更多还原
