【摘要】 目的 探讨甲氧氯普胺联合莫沙必利治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效。方法 选取2016年11月—2022年1月盐城市第一人民医院收治的糖尿病轻瘫患者81例，以随机数表法分组，对照组40例采用莫沙必利治疗，观察组41例采用莫沙必利联合甲氧氯普胺治疗，比较两组临床疗效、胃动力与不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ~2=5.160,P=0.023）；观察组治疗后胃排空率（88.58±6.48）%、MLT(172.46±46.51)ng/L、GAS(190.15±40.20)ng/L均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=8.605、3.503、2.262,P<0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（χ~2=0.668,P=0.414）。结论 甲氧氯普胺联合莫沙必利治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效确切，可使患者的胃动力学水平改善，且不会明显增加不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of metoclopramide combined with moxapride in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.Methods A total of 81 patients with diabetic paraplegia admitted to Yancheng First People’s Hospital from November 2016 to January 2022 were selected and divided by random number table method. 40 patients in the control group were treated with moxapride, and 41 patients in the observation group were treated with moxapride combined with metoclopramide. The clinical efficacy, gastric motility and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total response rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=5.160, P=0.023). The treated gastric emptying rate(88.58±6.48) %, MLT(172.46±46.51) ng/L, GAS(190.15±40.20) ng/L after treatment in the observation group were all higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=8.605, 3.503, 2.262, P<0.05). Comparison of the incidence of adverse effects between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=0.668,P=0.414).Conclusion Metoclopramide combined with moxapride is effective in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis,which can improve the level of gastric dynamics and does not significantly increase the occurrence of adverse reactions.更多还原
